2. Project-Based Services

For web development and design projects:

• Before Work Begins: Full refund of any deposit paid, minus a 10% administrative fee.
• During Development: Partial refund may be available based on the percentage of work completed. Work completed will be billed at our standard rates.
• After Delivery: No refunds are available once the project has been delivered and approved by the client.

3. Retainer & Monthly Services

For ongoing SEO, marketing, and maintenance services:

• Services are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period.
• Cancellation must be submitted at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.
• Unused hours or services do not roll over to the next month.

4. Deposits

Project deposits are used to secure your spot in our development queue and cover initial planning and setup costs. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, but exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work and offer revision rounds as specified in your project proposal. If you're not satisfied with the deliverables, we will work with you to make necessary adjustments within the agreed scope of work.

6. Third-Party Costs

Costs for third-party services (hosting, domains, premium plugins, stock images, etc.) purchased on your behalf are non-refundable as these are subject to third-party policies.
